When I contacted Motoquipe I had had an ordinary experience with Autobarn.
I rang your company and was assisted by Robert.
He was fantastic, as I had just purchased the new model Honda CRV it appeared your supplier of these mats was yet to manufacture one for this model.
Robert said he would keep following it up and get back to me.
I thought I wonder if he will.
A couple of weeks later he called me and said he wasn’t having any luck yet but keep on it.
4 weeks later he rang, said he had Amat but to ensure it was the right one could I send him a photo of the car dash area.
I did this the mat Robert had was correct, so he said he would dispatch it to me.
I received it and it is perfect.
I really thought I would not hear back from Robert, but he was a man of his word. His customer service was simply beyond the norm.
He is an asset to your company.
